Quality Assurance, 2-Year Warranty & Secure Delivery

Every Vrayas & Co. commission is more than an order: it is a piece we stand behind. Every completed product is accompanied by a Vrayas & Co. Quality Assurance Certificate and is covered by our two-year limited workmanship warranty, subject to the terms below.

Your Vrayas & Co. Quality Assurance Certificate

“This is to certify that your Vrayas & Co. piece has been crafted using the finest quality materials and has successfully passed our rigorous 7 step quality inspection protocol. Each detail, from the precision of the stone setting to the final structural polish has been hand verified to ensure it meets our factory standards for durability, lustre, and performance. Your commission is officially cleared for delivery and guaranteed for excellence.”

The certificate records our pre-dispatch quality-assurance commitment. It is not an independent laboratory grading report, proof of a watch manufacturer's endorsement, or an assurance against ordinary wear or accidental damage.

Our Two-Year Limited Warranty

Coverage period: two years from the date you receive your order. This warranty applies to Vrayas & Co. products purchased directly from us and covers faults attributable to materials or workmanship under normal intended use.

What's covered

  • Structure and construction: manufacturing faults in clasps, links, joints, mountings and the integrity of the finished piece.
  • Stone setting: manufacturing defects in stone security or the workmanship of prongs and settings.
  • Polish and finishing: defects in the original finishing process, as distinct from normal surface wear or scratches.
  • Watch machinery and movement: manufacturing or assembly defects affecting the supplied watch's mechanical or electronic movement under normal intended use, including issues arising from our customisation work.
  • Other workmanship: verified manufacturing defects associated with Vrayas & Co. assembly, installation and customisation.

What's not covered by this additional warranty

  • Ordinary wear and tear, including gradual plating wear, surface scratches and expected changes to polish or appearance over time.
  • Accidental damage, impacts, misuse, neglect, improper storage, exposure to chemicals, or water damage outside a product's expressly confirmed water-resistance specification.
  • Unauthorised modifications or repairs where they caused the reported fault.
  • Loss, theft, or damage occurring after delivery that is unrelated to a manufacturing defect.
  • Normal maintenance, consumables or routine servicing, except where required to remedy a covered defect.

These exclusions apply only to this additional voluntary warranty and do not remove or restrict any statutory consumer rights. We assess reported issues fairly based on the evidence and applicable law; an issue will not automatically be rejected merely because a product has been used.

How to make a warranty claim

  1. Contact Vrayas & Co. with your order number and a brief description of the problem.
  2. Provide clear photographs or a short video if possible. We may ask for an inspection when the cause cannot reasonably be established remotely.
  3. We will explain the assessment and next steps, including safe return arrangements where applicable. Do not arrange a return before receiving instructions.
  4. For a defect covered by this warranty, we will provide a suitable repair or replacement at no charge, including reasonable necessary return and reshipment costs. Where these remedies are unavailable or inappropriate, we will provide the remedy required under applicable consumer law.

We aim to handle every claim promptly and keep you informed. The two-year warranty does not itself extend the original coverage period following a repair or replacement, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Secure, Tracked, Signed & Insured Delivery

Vrayas & Co. dispatches orders using tracked, signed-for and insured courier services, with transit insurance arranged up to the full declared order value. Tracking is provided when your order is dispatched. Packaging is selected with care to protect the finished piece in transit.

If a parcel appears damaged, is missing or does not arrive as expected, contact us promptly so that we can investigate with the courier and resolve the issue in accordance with your rights. Delivery estimates, duties, taxes and destination restrictions, where relevant, will be communicated separately.

Secure Payment Options

We support secure checkout and payment arrangements. Depending on your location, order and the payment options available at checkout, these may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and eligible Shop Pay Installments. Bank transfer can be arranged directly where offered and agreed in advance. Only payment methods actually presented at checkout or confirmed through an official Vrayas & Co. channel should be used.

Shop Pay Installments, where available, are subject to eligibility, lender approval and the lender's terms. Never send card details by email or social message; use the secure checkout or verified payment instructions supplied by our team.

Your Rights Come First

Our Quality Assurance Certificate and two-year limited warranty are additional commitments; they do not replace, limit or exclude your statutory rights. For UK consumers, goods must meet the standards required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and being as described. Available legal remedies may include repair, replacement, refund or other remedies depending on the circumstances and timing. Rights for customers outside the UK depend on applicable local law.
